The most positive component of the course was assigned a coach to assist me navigate my way. What is the MoreGoodDays® program?

MoreGoodDays® is an 8-week program designed to help you better manage pain, achieve long-term relief, and improve your quality of life.

The program combines digital learning through our mobile app with expert guidance from physiotherapists and psychologists—all from the comfort of your home.

How Much Does the Program Cost?

We offer two versions of MoreGoodDays: Self-Guided and Therapist-Guided.

  • Self-Guided Program: $29/month or $199/year. Access the app at your own pace, with on-demand allied health support available for an additional cost.
  • Therapist-Guided Program: Includes access to the app, six one-on-one video sessions with a physiotherapist and psychologist, and a personalized program plan. You may be eligible for insurance rebates—fill out the registration form to explore your options.
How Long Does the Program Last, and Can I Opt Out?

The program is designed to take about 8 weeks, but you can move at your own pace based on your needs and progress.

If you decide the program isn’t for you, you can cancel anytime, and we’ll refund the remaining portion of your fee for any unused time.
